The Opportunity:
Our Hearing Healthcare Practice in Charlottesville is seeking a Practice Development Representative to significantly grow the number of patient referrals to the practice each month. This will be accomplished through scheduling physician appointments, public speaking events, and networking events. This individual will possess the following personality traits: self-motivated, creative, goal-oriented, the drive to succeed, self-directed, and the ability to engage and converse with physicians, to name a few. The PDR will also be responsible for creating call lists, maintaining current referral sources, marketing materials and tools for physicians. Requirements:
Call on physicians to secure referrals for healthcare practice.
Develop and deliver weekly routing schedule to superior.
Work with owner/Director of Operations to create materials to deliver to physicians.
Schedule, create materials for and conduct public speaking engagements and health fairs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
2 - 3 years successful business-to-business sales experience required
Experience visiting and marketing to physicians or other professionals strongly preferred.
Demonstrated sales results, organization, focus and determination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong persuasiveness and presentation skills
