Responsibilities:
Expertise in culinary arts, valet services, table service, chauffeuring, and comprehensive vehicle/boat maintenance Proficiency in household management tasks including shopping, gardening, and minor repairs Skill in flower arranging, laundry, ironing, vacuuming, and general housekeeping duties Capability in managing household supplies, inventories, and personal belongings with meticulous attention to detail Ability to maintain houses and property in top condition, including setting up and overseeing annual maintenance programs Competence in property management during employers' absence, including coordination of service providers and adherence to high standards Capacity to allocate responsibilities based on individual expertise, experience, and training, ensuring efficient operations Aptitude for managing household finances and providing accurate bookkeeping records Additional Duties:
Enthusiasm for tending to vegetable gardens and fruit trees, with the ability to harvest produce for culinary use Availability and readiness to fulfill responsibilities during employer residence periods Health, Safety, and Environmental Awareness:
