Overview LMI is seeking applicants for a Facilities Portfolio Engineering Management position in the Washington, DC region to support integration with Maximo, Builder, Archibus, and eGordian/RSMeans. We believe government can make a difference, and we seek talented, hardworking people who share that conviction. Responsibilities Responsibilities of the position may include:
Provide technical and user support for a proprietary database application that calculates costs and tracks real property infrastructure and metrics Act as the owner's liaison between software users and IT capabilities professionals Collaborate with software developers Support integration with Maximo, Builder, Archibus, and eGordian/RSMeans Prepare and perform bulk data uploads Ensure data quality Support facility and space data management Prepare reports for a wide variety of customers including external regulatory agencies Perform project management Foster positive working relationships with team, client personnel and leadership counterparts Prioritize tasks, set deadlines and assign resources to each project Track cost, schedule and performance, as well as prepare documents and develop project specific policy, procedures and report status to all levels Manage task assignments and oversight of personnel to ensure excellence in services delivery Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure such deliverables are submitted in a timely fashion and of high quality/accuracy Prepare briefing charts, schedule meetings, keep records and record minutes, prepare after-action reports in support of technical reviews Ensure program compliance with government and corporate policies and mandates, and adherence to directives from governing entities Work with LMI and our business partners to pursue new business opportunities Support business development and bid and proposal efforts for opportunities, bringing together capabilities across LMI to define a solution that meets and exceeds client expectations Identify and examine trends in Maximo data reports Manage data updates into Maximo and BUILDER Interface with site surveyors and identify upload discrepancies Generate Maximo data reports for review Qualifications MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, architecture, construction, building science, computer science, or a related technical field At least 5 years of experience in engineering, architecture, construction, building science, computer science, or a related technical field Experience working with spreadsheets and database applications Superior communication skills both oral and written. Strong problem solving and analytical skills This position requires an active security clearance at the TS/SCI with Polygraph level. You must be a US citizen. DESIRED SKILLS:
Master's degree or higher Prior experience running projects of similar size and scope PMP Certification or other equivalent certifications Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and/or Tableau
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Plant & Facilities ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
