Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality standards, and code of ethical behavior Maintain various tax tracking logs Receive, track, and distribute mail timely for tax deadlines Scan SODs, tax documents, notices, etc and perform any research necessary Complete tax location code requests from the business units Assist with preparing and maintaining departmental procedures Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities Detail-orientated and meticulous accuracy Demonstrates good customer service skills Successful working in a team environment Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within strict time deadlines Demonstrates willingness to assume additional tax responsibilities Preferred:
Minimum of two years of progressive experience in general or tax accounting and concepts Peoplesoft payroll and tax experience Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday Pay:
