We are now accepting applications for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and trustworthy individual to manage a small crew on our Installation team.
This is a full-time position.
Prior supervisory experience and experience with small equipment and/or machinery is required.
The Job Will Entail:
Managing 2-3 person crew in professional and efficient manner Operating job-related equipment at a proficient level Supporting field staff Job Requirements and Skills:
Ability to work from 7am-5:
30pm (Monday to Friday) Understanding of common landscape plant material including:
perennials, trees, and shrubs Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills Moderate horticultural knowledge Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work in outdoor conditions Ability to lift and carry 50lbs Have a valid driver's license Required
Experience:
2-3 year minimum landscape supervisory experience Small equipment experience (skid steers, tractors, tillers, etc.
) Paid Training Yes Pay frequency Every other week Typical end time:
