Exempt/Salaried Purpose:
The Social Media Manager will manage all social media marketing and assist with overall digital marketing strategy based on findings from data analysis.
This individual will use empathy and intelligence to provide campaigns that are meaningful to families looking for the support our communities offer.
This individual will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy as well as the rest of the Marketing Team, Sales Team, and Resident Programs Team.
Qualifications:
3
years of social media marketing experience or related education.
Capable of successfully managing 80-100 social media profiles Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Google Business, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other social media management platforms.
Highly organized with a deep understanding social media performance.
If a piece of the puzzle is under-performing, you are investigating possible reasons and presenting them along with solutions during meetings.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while producing content with minimal errors.
Possess excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Create and drive the sales culture at the community.
Areas of Primary Responsibility:
Managing 77 - 100 social media accounts with room to grow, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Google Business with Sprout Social and native platforms.
This includes responding to all comments and messages, keeping profiles updates, keeping up with trends, etc.
Maintain weekly campaigns in addition to content submissions from Resident Program Directors.
Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance based on agreed upon metrics and opportunities for improvement to the overall strategy.
Assist in providing opportunities for new blog topics based on top performing content.
Work closely with our Search Engine Marketing Manager and our Schema partner to utilize high performing search queries in content, tweak our messaging as needed, and inform our overall content strategy.
Additional report creation as needed.
Participate in quarterly meetings with CSL digital partners and with CSL Sales and Marketing Team to discuss industry trends, ask thoughtful questions, and brainstorm opportunities to improve.
Participate in monthly meetings with all our digital partners to discuss monthly performance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
