The ideal candidate has restaurant management experience and a proven track record of success leading a team.
The role entails a great deal of responsibility of managing a restaurant with rapidly increasing sales volume.
Compensation structure will be based on experience, commitment level, and merit.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 30 to 40 restaurant personnel while growing sales and offering excellent guest service.
Meet store metrics goals for COGS, Labor, Transactions and Speed of Service.
Hire, train and develop team members and assistant managers Maintain a friendly, guest-focused culture that makes an excellent environment for both employees and guests.
Oversee restaurant critical metrics such as inventory management, scheduling and cost management Ability to work at a fast pace and operate store to meet speed of service standards Operate a clean, hospitable restaurant that gives guest an excellent culinary experience Requirements:
Restaurant Management Experience Strong work ethic and high moral character Availability whenever the restaurant needs attention, open or close.
Average hours for this role are approximately 40-50 hrs per week Eagerness to grow store to higher sales volume Ability to lift and move 50lbs Job Type:
