The available shift is Monday-Friday from 6:
50am-1:
00pm.
The right candidate will possess the following:
An ability to work with both people and dogs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and value client relationships Be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision Be able to communicate clearly and frequently with clients, co-workers and managers.
An ability to work well within a team Be able to multi-task while remaining detail-oriented in a fast-paced work environment Be reliable and on-time for work.
Be computer proficient Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
Greeting clients and visitors Assist with the intake of dogs in the morning for daycare and boarding Utilizing self-management skills to perform a variety of routine clerical, reception and office support functions such as answering phones, emails and customer contact forms.
Use our professional software to schedule dogs for daycare and boarding as well as scheduling assessments for new dogs Run payments for services and enter into our POS system Verify incoming merchandise and enter into inventory Feeding breakfast to boarding dogs (as needed) Light cleaning Job Type:
