This is an in-person position.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Oversee the management and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
Ensure the security and integrity of sensitive patient and company data, implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity measures.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies that enhance efficiency, patient care, and employee productivity.
Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and provide strategic solutions.
Manage the IT budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective technology investments.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, integrating best practices into the organization's IT operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of five years of progressive experience in IT management, preferably within a healthcare or hospice setting.
Proven track record of successfully leading IT teams and implementing technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation and process improvements.
Project management skills to oversee technology initiatives from conception to implementation.
Dedication to upholding patient privacy regulations (HIPAA) and other relevant compliance standards.
