You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience by providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, paying attention to special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies.
Operate cash register, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of the house.
Assist with food preparation if needed.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and resolve customer concerns or issues.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pricing to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hand hygiene, and cleaning procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 30 lbs).
