Summary:
We seek an experienced technician that has serviced or installed millwork, windows, doors, and hardware professionally.
This unique individual will introduce a new service role for us that prioritizes and develops general contractor partnerships while providing post-sale warranty and non-warranty services, parts and service quotes and orders, and minor installation help or guidance as needed from our trade partners as we work through punch list items after delivery.

Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Conduct walk-throughs, as needed, during and after the installation of our products, as necessary, to ensure everything is installed correctly and operates as it should.
Schedule site needs and conduct professional service calls on our windows, doors, door hardware, and millwork.
Research if needed, quote, and order parts needed for replacement.
Recognize and solve problems before they become a schedule or cost issue.
Maintain a working relationship with trade partners on site.
Explain to customers what will happen throughout their service experience and set expectations accordingly.
Take the time to listen to customers' concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Know and appreciate the value of a timely and professional response to customer questions and concerns.
Keep all work, parts, tools, and on-site working environments organized and clean.
Be curious and learn - never presume to know all the answers.
The ability to offer oversight of a small install crew.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a positve DMV record High School Diploma Ten years of related experience preferred.
Must be customer service oriented.
Knowledge and adherence to proper construction site safety practices.
Construction expertise in identifying and diagnosing issues and experience with proper window, door, and hardware installation and repair.
The right person can create and manage punch lists and other on-site services while actively resolving any issue.
Physical Requirements & Work Demands:
Must lift 75 lbs.
