Who You Are We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative who will represent Rock River Homes to our new and potential customers as they embark upon their home-building journey with us.
You will be an experienced licensed real estate professional responsible for developing marketing strategies, creating and implementing campaigns, demonstrating homes, hosting Open Houses, and managing the CRM system.
Ideally, you will enjoy networking, creative thinking, and problem solving.
The ideal person will also have a good understanding of various computer programs including Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director to gain unique insight into our company and the high-quality homes we build.
You will also help us to connect with new customers who will become a part of our Rock River family.
This full-time role will work from our Jetersville, VA office and may involve weekends.
What You Will Work On Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns Prospect potential customers and generate sales leads Maintain and expand customer relationships Prepare and deliver presentations to both new and existing customers Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) system Utilize technology to optimize sales and marketing processes - Analyze customer data to optimize performance Attend conferences and trade shows Monitor competition and industry trends Qualifications Real Estate License Proficiency in various computer programs and technology Networking and customer service skills Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities The pay for this position will consist of a training salary of $5,000 per month for the first two months.
After the training period, the position will be 100% commission-based with the expected commission pay to fall in the range of $100,000 to $200,000 per year, based on performance and achieved sales targets.
