Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting functions - Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries and general ledger - Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Prepare financial statements/reports for management review.
Process month end close.
- Process vendor invoices/purchase orders.
Maintain vendor certificates of insurance - Maintain proficiency in bank online software and remote capture - Reconcile/maintain resident account ledgers - Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or related field - Provide administrative support to office staff and Property Manager - Experience in public accounting or corporate accounting preferred - Proficient in using accounting software such as OneSite/Real Page - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to perform 10-key typing for data entry purposes - Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
