Concierge Job Summary :
Responsible for greeting visitors, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone and providing clerical support to the administrative staff Be responsive to the needs of people who inquire about the property and/or who are in the building for meetings with administrative personnel.
Direct visitors to appropriate office or resident apartment Answers telephones, record and channel information Displays in depth knowledge of the services and programs and other pertinent information regarding the property
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred Able to read, write and understand English, and be able to follow written or oral instructions Able to make independent decisions when the circumstances warrant such action and to remain calm during emergency situations Able to deal professionally with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public Should have excellent computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
Able to assist in troubleshooting copier/printer issues Benefit & Perks:
