Preferred candidates will have prior family law experience, or at least, prior litigation law office experience.

Responsibilities:
interacting with clients and other attorneys, reviewing and propounding discovery, assisting clients with discovery answers and responses to document requests; issuing witness and document subpoenas; communicating with court staff members; assisting attorneys with litigation tasks, inc.
trial preparation, typing documents, mailing documents, copying and scanning documents, filing, communicating with clients, opposing attorneys, and their staff, delivering documents to other local offices, and other general office duties, including calendar control.
Requirements:
You must be able to work as a team with other office staff and attorneys.
The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and will have a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with others.
Attention to detail is necessary, as are strong oral and written communication skills.
Schedule:
Position is 4 to 5 days per week, with schedule flexibility an option for the right candidate including option for hybrid work schedule (some remote /some in office).
Compensation:
depends on experience.
