Our concept is simple.
We provide our clients with the freshest, highest quality intravenous and intramuscular vitamin drips that deliver essential nutrients right at the cellular level for maximum absorption.
Our Front Office Communications Specialist usually do a little bit of everything.
They are seen at the entrance of our center, welcoming guests and clients.
They answer queries, screen phone calls, confirm appointments, relay instructions, and help our nurses.
The ideal Front Office Communications Specialist must demonstrate the ability to multitask without getting stressed or overwhelmed.
This person must have fundamental computer skills and must display fluency in word and spreadsheet processors.
The candidate must also have strong communication, people, prioritization, and customer service skills and must be able to work independently.
Previous sales experience is desired.
Job Duties Managing office communications--fielding organizational phone calls, emails, and traditional mail Maintaining office services Collaborating with others to help plan events and initiatives Scheduling and managing clients Maintaining contact lists Representing office interests in relationships with external associates, including vendors, consultants, and clients Tracking and ordering office supplies Handling incoming and outgoing packages and mail Creating reports if needed Assisting the nurse when appropriate Providing basic social media, email, and review support Take pictures of clients for social media Our Front Office Communications Specialist are expected to:
Have exceptional communication and social skills The ability to offer suggestions for IVs or supplements based on what the client is telling you Recognize and respond to potential problems Take initiative to solve problems independently and creatively Strategically manage time Multitask and quickly shift tasks to complete a variety of menial duties without letting anything fall through the cracks Maintain composure when things go wrong Be prompt and prepared at all times Remember key details as multiple people make verbal, hand-written, and emailed requests throughout the day Work quickly, but accurately Working Conditions May work around usual office and outpatient conditions.
During busy periods, may require periods of time standing and/or walking.
May work around biohazards.
