TASC is seeking an experienced professional to join the Intelligence Solutions and Analytics (ISA) Sector. ISA provides specialized systems engineering, acquisition, and intelligence support to multiple Intelligence Community customers. The All Source Intelligence Analyst will support the DIA in technology analysis and assessment for the Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). This position will be located in Charlottesville, VA, and all candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance and CI poly.
Job responsibilities include: Conduct end-user assessments for United States export license applications; verify the end-user's business address, provide a complete corporate profile, identify adverse business practices, associates with countries of U.S. concern, identify government ownership or influence, identify known proliferation or military activities, and determine if the entity has the potential for manufacturing missiles or produce CBW material(s), using the USXPORTS database Assess risks in Technology Transfer, to include technology targeting and cyber security, and Technology Diversion, to include the technology relative to state of the art, foreign governments policies and practices, and the foreign company's adverse history Research, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and integrate extremely complex all-source intelligence data pertaining to technology transfer areas Develop innovative approaches to analysis and validate analytical conclusions Maintain and update extensive intelligence databases, systems, and mechanisms for sharing relevant intelligence information to support on-going and projected projects Locate, synthesize, and interpret large amounts of textual and technical data such as Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), finished intelligence (FINTEL), filtered real-time data feeds, message traffic, directed-searches results, and task-specific, specialized data sources Brief and defend analytical outcomes and perform exploitation requirements in coordinate with peers and customers throughout the IC Prepare extensive written assessments and documents and disseminate information through reports and briefs Develop complex analytical approaches to problems and situations for which data is incomplete, controversial, and for which no precedent exists Qualifications
Required
Qualifications: TS/SCI with CI poly Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience; or, specialized training and 4-8 years of intelligence analysis experience (preferably technology based) Knowledge and skill in applying advanced intelligence concepts, principles, practices, laws, regulations, methods and techniques Ability to comply with the analytic standards identified in IC Directive 203 About TASC Join us and see your engineering and technology expertise help address the nation's most pressing and complex challenges. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
