We are currently recruiting for an Receptionist Position,This will be a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.full-time and part time Receptionist to support our office in day-to-day tasks. Ideal applicant will possess the following qualities:
Office Support:
-Greet Client
-Schedule appointments
-Prioritize and distribute incoming mail and email
-Coordinate financial associate calendars
-Basic accounting and bookkeeping
-General office duties
Requirements:
- Must possess high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be professional in both attitude and appearance
- Must have an energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Must have strong interpersonal skills with great communication
COMPUTER SUPPORT
-Data entry, including regular software updates
-Prepare labels for mailings
-Prepare and print reports
-Order statements and access other member informationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
