Summary:Housekeeping Team Members are responsible for thorough and outstanding cleanliness of the entire acac facility, with particular attention to high traffic areas and the operation of the laundry room. The objective is to maintain a spotless appearance through regular, safe, thorough, systematic housekeeping duties. We are looking for service superstars who are reliable, ready to learn on the job, can work efficiently and with minimal supervision while upholding acac's dedication to team work and customer service. Candidates must be available to work the following shifts: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 11am-2pm, and Fridays 11am-8:15pm. Essential Functions and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Work directly with the Housekeeping Team to efficiently maintain the highest standard of cleanliness throughout the facility while providing outstanding customer service
Continually clean and detail the locker room areas during facility hours of operation
Continually walk through club and locker rooms throughout the shift to ensure tidy and clean spaces and areas
Follow specific cleaning list/duties as assigned by supervisor, to include but not limited to:
o Cleaning of exercise equipment
o Cleaning of exercise studios
o Cleaning of glass and windows
o Cleaning of common areas, lobby, and/or stairwell
o Detailed cleaning of all locker room areas with particular attention to showers, toilets, and sink/vanities
o Vacuum assigned areas
o Collect and dispose of trash as needed throughout the shift
o Clean or assist with cleaning in other areas as needed
o Replenish all toilets and bathrooms with paper products, shampoo and soaps
Maintain extremely clean, organized work areas with good care and secure storage of all housekeeping equipment and supplies
Be prepared to clean, detail, or replenish supplies for common areas, aquatic, fitness, spa, cafe, exercise, Kids Zone and conference room areas
Collect soiled towels from around club to be washed and dried
Maintain a supply of clean towels; restock towels as needed or requested in different areas of the club
As needed or requested, assist with training of new staff
Initiate interactions and communicate using a style that builds relationships and promotes teamwork
Deliver outstanding service to our members, guests and fellow team members with: friendliness, direct eye contact, a pleasant demeanor at all times, and ability to anticipate the needs of members, guests and team members
Remain competent in administering acac's Emergency Action Plan and be alert and prepared for any emergency
If unable to work, proactively seek substitutes for your shifts and immediately inform supervisor of the substitution
Be in proper uniform at all times while at work and always present the acac brand and standard anytime and anywhere the acac uniform is worn
Arrive to work in time to prepare for scheduled shift
Attend departmental meetings
If not already certified, attend CPR/AED training provided by acac; maintain current certification for the duration of your employmentRequirements: Must be availableto work the following shifts: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 11am-2pm, and Fridays 11am-8:15pm Able and willing to work as a substitute outside of assigned days/shifts
Willingness to assist both within and outside the parameters of this position
Ability to operate industrial laundry equipmentEducation and
Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping preferred HS Education preferredPhysical Demands and Working Conditions: Must be able to walk, bend, reach, stretch and use repetitive arm and leg motion throughout the shift Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Must be able to carry a vacuum back pack

Ensure that you do not exceed 40 hours during the pay week (Sunday-Saturday); any overtime worked must be pre-approved by your supervisor

Park in team member designated areas
Club cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep club neat and clean
Assist with Service Days
Willingness to assist with acac programs, special events, or activities outside your department
When supervisor or team members calls or email, promptly return contact
Exhibit a positive attitude at all times
Deliver outstanding service to members and guests with friendliness, direct eye contact, a pleasant demeanor at all timesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
