Strong leadership and motivational skills to creatively and efficiently assist in driving development is required. Specific qualifications for the Business Systems Analyst position include:
Extensive knowledge in the finance field as they would be designing software to help that department

years experience as a Business Systems Analyst, experienced on projects with significant complexity; Prior consulting experience a plus
Excellent oral and written communication and proven customer & account management skills.
Experience developing and communicating presentation material for stakeholders.
Experience identifying root causes, issues, and appropriate solutions.
Experience with and working knowledge of process modeling, use-case development, cause-and-effect diagrams, SharePoint, process maps and interface specifications
Experience with Account Payable, General Ledger and other Finance related projects
Experience with Finance Systems platform analysis and selection
Experience with and working knowledge of Java, .NET, C#, SQL, Progress and XML a plus
Proven experience with SDLC (Waterfall) and/or Agile methodologies; RUP and Six Sigma a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
PMP certifications a plus
Eligibility to work in the United StatesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
