The experienced Kronos Timekeeper Business Analyst should encompass a deep business knowledge of Kronos Timekeeper and Absence Manager.
This position will support the implementation of Kronos and maintenance of the system once live with strong analytical, communication, and decision making skills.
Candidates should have 5 years of experience maintaining and configuring Kronos Timekeeper and Absence Manager including basic schedules, paycodes, work rules and labor levels.
Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience within Healthcare is a plus.
