Janitor
Caliper, Inc., a temporary staffing agency, has an opening for a facility maintenance worker. This positioin is 30-40 hours per week and the pay rate is $11/hr.
Duties/ Requirements:
-Helps in performing basic maintenance functions, such as changing of light bulbs, routine walkway and parking areas trash removal, and regular facility upkeep.
-Moves or rearranges furniture under instruction as needed. Performs light maintenance duties such as hanging shelves, bulletin boards, painting, or assembly of shelving units.
-Performs regularly scheduled waxes and buffing, as well as carpet cleaning.
-Assists in receiving and storing supplies and materials, providing backup transportation as courier. Typically follows established guidelines for safety, security and work priority.
-Also performs routine custodial and housekeeping duties such as: mowing lawn, collecting trash, litter and debris from the buildings and grounds; vacuuming carpets; mopping floors; cleaning and disinfecting restrooms.
