C&S Field Services Inc. is a locally owned and operated company and we are looking for qualified contractors to help us maintain foreclosed properties. Our mission is to help keep vacant properties secure and maintained from the inside and out. Contractors are expected to appraise and report any damages at these properties. Issues must be addressed in a timely manner and work completed must meet investor and insurer guidelines. This type of business requires self-motivated individuals who can work within a guideline and meet deadlines. Our company requires us to have background checks on all employees that work for C&S Field Services Inc. You must pass them in order to work for our company. We have to keep this information on file for the period of time that you are serving us with yearly updates. Salary:
Contract job will pay 500.00 weekly and up.

? Are you a licensed contractor in the state of Virginia or North Carolina? Are you licensed in other states, if so which ones?

? Please give us an understanding of the amount of volume that your think you and your company can handle comfortably with expected completion dates following 24-72 hours.
? Do you have a general liability insurance with a minimum $1,000,000.000 coverage?

? We pay on a 30 day cycle. Your first check will be given 30-45 days after your first completion. Payment will be given twice a month thereafter. Does our pay scale cause a hardship for you or your company during the transition? We are unable to provide advances on work completed.

? Are you familiar with Infield express program used by field service companies?
? Do you have the required lock sets available to secure the foreclosed properties? Our key codes are 35241, 67767, and 44535. Lock boxes codes are 4 digit numerical. Padlocks are A389?

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
