Job Title: Inside Sales / Business Development Specialist
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F
Product Sold: Travel Services to the Education Industry
Compensation: Base Salary plus Uncapped Commission Plan
Flexibility: Potential to work from home after 6 months of proven sales performance
Job Duties:
Speak with school teachers & administrators by phone to encourage them to offer the Company's educational travel programs to their students.
Guide the teacher, once he/she has agreed to lead a trip, through the program introduction.
Make 50
calls per day to cold & warm contacts assigned in the Company's CRM.
Make follow up phone calls and schedule appointments to sell company services, as needed.
Attend weekly meeting to review progress and performance.
Job Requirements:
Prior Cold Calling Experience required.
Customer service oriented attitude.
Ability to work on the phone throughout the workday.
Strong work ethic.
Demonstrated success influencing others.
Excellent communication skills.
Coachable and willing to learn and apply proven strategies.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
