ASSESSMENT FACTORS1. Experience in operation and/or validation of next generation sequencing and genotyping platforms (for identification).2. Experience writing/reviewing laboratory test plans, testing summaries, and Standard Operating Procedures related to advanced DNA analysis.3. With no supervision, completes work, meets priorities, and achieved results based on the organization's goals and objectives.4. Works independently to create accurately written, complex products tailored to a specific audience in an easily understandable manner.5. Crafts effective recommendations for highly complex or sensitive situations that incorporate strategic direction by identifying the impact of the course of action.HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Experience in conducting field collection/exploitation, working in a field laboratory or developing and executing operational assessments of various technologies under field conditions.2. Education, training or understanding demonstrating ability to work with hazardous materials, or in contaminated environments.3. Experience in bioinformatics

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
