(1) Satisfactory demonstration of the ability to perform at the developmental/target grade. (2). If there is higher level work at the developmental/target grade level. (3) Assignment of increased responsibilities. (4) Recommendation for promotion by supervisor. (5) Satisfactory completion of all required training. (6) Completion of all DCIPS regulatory requirements for promotions. Consequently, promotion(s) are not guaranteed. NOTE:
Current Department of Army employees at the full performance level of this series will be excluded for consideration for this position. In order to qualify, you must meet the education and or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience with performing complex signals analysis with analog and digital signal analysis techniques using a wide range of digital processing principles concepts and methodologies which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience . This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GG/GS-07). OR Successfully completed a Closely Related (CR) Master's Degree; OR a Non-Closely Related Master's Degree including 15 specialized semester hours or 22 specialized quarter hours; OR a Law Degree (LLB or JD) including 15 specialized semester hours or 22 specialized quarter hours. Closely Related Degrees:
Cartography, Demography, Economics, Foreign Affairs, Foreign Area Studies, Geography, History, International Law, International Relations, Law, Military Science, Psychology, Physical/Chemical Science, Political Science, Social or Cultural Anthropology, Sociology. (Note:

ORI Specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and I have at least one year of graduate education as described in B, but less than the required two years. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then, divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.). (Note:

This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled. This experience should demonstrate:
Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
