In order to qualify, you must meet the education and or experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Additional information about transcripts is in this document. THIS IS A DEVELOPMENTAL POSITION HIRING AT THE GG-07 LEVEL ONLY WITH FULL PERFORMANCE LEVEL (FPL) TO THE GG-12 LEVEL. Employee may be promoted non-competitively to the next grade level upon meeting the following requirements:
(1) Satisfactory demonstration of the ability to perform at the developmental/target grade. (2). If there is higher level work at the developmental/target grade level. (3) Assignment of increased responsibilities. (4) Recommendation for promotion by supervisor. (5) Satisfactory completion of all required training. (6) Completion of all DCIPS regulatory requirements for promotions. Consequently, promotion(s) are not guaranteed. NOTE:
Current Department of Army employees at the full performance level of this series will be excluded for consideration for this position. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GG/GS-05 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience performing elementary principles, concepts, and methods OR provide basic mathematical, statistical, and/or general operations research analytical support to studies and reviews. The Engineering and Physical Sciences families have specific educational requirements in addition to meeting the specialized experience requirements above, you must also meet the specific educational requirements for the series that you apply for in order to be considered for this position. The requirements for each series are described in the occupational questionnaire. Transcripts that support these requirements MUST be submitted at the time of application. Note:
Education must have been completed in a U.S. college, university, or other educational institution that has been accredited by one of the accrediting agencies or associations recognized by the Secretary, U.S. Department of Education. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
