Work schedule: 11am-3pm(30 min break) & 5-pm-10pm(30 min break); 5 days a week (may include weekends and holidays.)
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality (foreign equiv acceptable); Strong knowledge of food safety management; Proven ability of planning and managing banquets, events, catering and beverage service for 100
in full menu dining; Strong knowledge of wine paring; Basic knowledge of Asian cuisine; Skills utilizing Point of sale POS software.
